The firm is a UK-based legal services business and is not currently required to publish a statutory modern slavery statement under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. However, the firm maintains proportionate controls to reduce the risk of modern slavery within its business and supplier relationships.

The firm’s supply chain is considered low risk and principally consists of professional services, IT support, office services, premises-related services, insurance, regulatory support and general business suppliers. The firm expects suppliers and service providers to comply with all applicable employment, labour and anti-slavery laws.

The firm undertakes recruitment and engagement of staff in accordance with UK employment requirements and does not knowingly engage with any supplier or contractor involved in modern slavery or human trafficking. Any concerns relating to modern slavery, exploitation or unethical conduct should be reported to the Principal.

This statement will be reviewed periodically as part of the firm’s wider governance and compliance framework.
